Finance & Accounting Manager

Job Description

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.
  • Evaluate financial data to recommend strategic actions.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.
  • Monitor company spending to ensure alignment with budgets.
  • Implement cost control measures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare regular budget reports and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting and finance team members.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
  • Willing to work from the office at the heart of Sudirman, Jakarta.
