- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Willing to work from the office at the heart of Sudirman, Jakarta.
