• Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up lighting, audio, and camera equipment.
• Direct any on-screen talent, ensuring a smooth and efficient shoot.
• Edit raw footage into polished, visually compelling videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Add graphics, animations, sound effects, and music to enhance the viewer's experience.
• Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
• Use techniques and formats that maximize engagement on each social platform.
• Ensure all content is backed up and accessible for future use.

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of experience in video production, filming, and editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, lighting, and audio setup.
• Knowledge of social media trends and video optimization for different platforms.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Willing to work from the office at the heart of Sudirman, Jakarta.
