%Arabica launched its first official outlet in Indonesia to continue its global success. People are looking forward to it and want to be the first to experience %Arabica. Clients needed to have a strong communication and activation strategy to build the hype and push consumer’s excitement in Indonesia especially post-COVID19 pandemic.
We utilize hybrid Online to Offline strategy across multi-channel activity. Collaboration with social influencers and media which drove massive attention to the public and long snakey queue during the opening days. With a tighter budget, hundreds of KOLs attended the event because they were the first people to try the %Arabica menu in Indonesia. We also incorporated service-excellence improvement for the in-store hospitality to maintain customer satisfaction.
