Problem Statement

Coldspace is an integrated cold chain company, aiming to provide seamless logistic solutions that include storage & distribution of products across the values chains and provision of best-in-class value added services in between. Coldspace just launched the first hybrid fulfillment warehouse in the country. Since this might be new or unfamiliar to the Indonesian market, the company may need to educate potential clients, investors, media, and partners about the benefits and features of such a facility.

Conducting an offline event to introduce Coldspace to Indonesia, as the first hybrid fulfillment warehouse in the country.

The goal is to enhance guests’ knowledge about the facilities available at the warehouse, branding the first hybrid fulfillment center in Indonesia to the wider community, mingling with guests, and increasing leads to push sales.

We also supported the media PR aspect. With a limited budget, we invited tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 business and startup media to cover Coldspace as the first hybrid fulfillment warehouse in the country.

Results

From the total KPI of 15 online media releases and 1 print media release, we achieve in total of 26 online media releases and 1 print media release. From tier 1 media 8 articles, from tier 2 media 8 articles, from tier 3 media 11 articles.
