Problem Statement
As per Universum survey, Unilever which has been sitting as #1 Employer of Choice in Indonesia started to feel the threat by the presence of other global companies (Google) & local startups (Tokopedia, Gojek, etc) which looks very sexy and appealing for Millennials.
To amplify core values and employer benefits of Unilever which provides many opportunities for Fresh graduates to pursue bright and shine career through various of development program and maintain Universum #1 Employer of Choice in Indonesia.

We develop a brand new Instagram account @kami.unilever, crafting brand strategy from zero, building brand personality & content pillar to suit Unilever persona as multinational company, making a very dynamic yet professional look which still appeals to Millennial as the best place to work at.
We collaborated with top management and top talents to share aspirational contents, and last but not least we created practical tips on how fresh graduates are able to qualify Unilever recruitment process.
