About The Client

PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk (“Maybank Indonesia” or “the Bank”) is one of the leading private banks in Indonesia that is also part of Malayan Banking Berhad (Maybank) Group, one of the largest financial services group in ASEAN.

Problem Statement

Maybank as a financial institution wants to develop improve the quality of their human resources knowledge and skills in using the media to provide support for internal and external teams their marketing campaign. However, there are difficulties in internally amplifies the message.

Their Story

Objective

To develop internal talent to have competence in creating content for social media, use support the company's marketing activities through social media.

Strategy

We curate a list of names given to meet the specified criteria. Specifically, this program was held for 27 Maybank employees participated in this incubator program for three months, divided into four classes and several live sessions for evaluation and direct questions and answers feedback.
